The Reaper is Human takes place in a Neon/Steampunk setting where an Empire rules the land with an iron fist. Obrie, the lead protagonist has the unique ability to be able to kill someone with a single touch and is asked by the Circus, a revolutionary group to join their cause and for now he says yes. The series will center many dark and graphic concepts and themes as to what it means to fight for something more than yourself
