The winter solstice begins with two old friend reunited by chance after months apart. But as day turns to night and a dark sky stretches on seemingly without end, the twisted truths of a young woman's life begin to creep and crawl out of the shadows. Beasts of shadow, men twisted into grotesque and hungry caricatures, and an alien seductress that lives in the moon. These things stand in Aidyns path as he fights to save the life of a dear friend.
