Through out history, there have been super humans, who have extraordinary powers. They have all fought for truth and justice, until 1979 where a unidentified super human attacked a city and then vanished without a trace. So, due to public fear and outrage, in 1980 all supers where to be hunted and put In jail. supers haven't been seen since...
