Sisilong is made with a strain of hair and is often used to clean ears, eyes, and nose. The process of cleaning using Sisilong is called "Monilong". Other than cleaning, people in Sabah often use it for fun and pleasure. Warning, never do it too often. And people are not as dramatic as in the comic when they do it.
