Making money is difficult in the poverty-stricken city of Grene, Florida. To make ends meet, citizens resort to scams, theft, and violence. However, there is one person who pushes against these values: Xania Ledder, a student with a burning desire to become rich, but all without it being at the cost of someone's happiness. Ironically enough, Xania must turn to the world of gambling in an attempt to gain enough money to start her future, and uses nothing but her wits to try and get out safely.
