big welp *disclaimer* So you don't need a lawyer to present a will. You can pick pretty much anyone you trust to be the benefactor. Their role is to make sure everything goes to who it belongs to (meaning he cannot get anything listed in the will) He just also happens to be a lawyer ;P and the sisters and Paisley's mom don't know this cuz none of them went to law school. lawl.
