A group of young men from various different countries have come together to form an international freedom-fighting army. Each of them powerful at wielding elemental magic, these men become the "Numbered Soldiers Army". Each soldier is given a number, and soon find themselves with new abilities based on the meaning and magic of the numbers they are given.
