A 1980s crime thriller mob story in an alternate time where aliens have colonized earth. Maks is an 18 year old Amka migrant with nothing to lose, but the American Dream isn't for everyone. He's three months into his new life, and no one will hire him. He lives on the good will of a Swathi anthropology student named Kio, but that-like most things-goes up in smoke. After losing everything, he stumbles into an opportunity. He can finally make a living but it's running things for the mob.
