NEON HEART sets place in Jacksonville, Florida where equality is lost due to an incident that occurred twenty years ago. Being as sudden & unfamiliar to the effects of the incident, naturally it stirred a changed within the world. Civilians caught up in the incident birthed altered humans with abnormal organs infested with one of the five Noble gases. Xen Xylargo, the main protagonist attempts to make change within the world, seeking equality and acceptance while striving for peace for all.
