Howl Ellora is an inexperienced member of the Thieves Guild, allocated to a group of thieves in search of True Magic, an ancient form of magic that the current system, False Magic, is based upon. Locked away in vaults for the safety of their rarity and value to the country of Ealde, Howl and his co-conspirators attempt to steal the magic for a profit. When the security of the vault activates, even if Howl escapes with his life, there may be more to this mysterious magic than he expected.
