Like all mythical creatures in Asteria, Elliot has wanted to learn how to use magic all his life. While picking mushrooms in the woods, he runs into Vivica, a skilled ice mage, and things change for the jackalope. To protect an ancient relic from a beast, the two of them must team up together. Elliot gets the chance to prove to himself and his new ally that he can stand up for himself and others, even without magic.
