This starts the first of a three chapter mini-arc giving the LoaA characters who aren't named Susan Graham some much needed time in the spotlight. This chapter focuses on Takeshi and Eiji for the first half and then Hiroshi for the latter half. I always believe the main character of a series is only as good as their supporting cast, so enjoy :)
