Emilia has achieved her dream, to become a catgirl. But the city government does not take kindly to unauthorized bodily alterations, and Emilia will have to turn tail and run. The outside world is said to be dangerous, but there is no other way. And though Emilia is easily scared, she knows she will be fine. Her beloved girlfriend is there, after all. But things get more complicated when the city is hit by an unexpected gravity storm.
