Marijuana is about to be legalized nationwide. This is bad for the cartels that profit heavily from illegal sales. To prevent this from happening a drug lord named Scorpio sends a RADIOACTIVE ounce to "The Cliff", a small town in Kentucky. He plans to incite fear and panic resulting in a NO vote.
