Whenever the Camar reappears in the desert, its population is entirely changed, and dozens or hundreds of years seem to have passed. Combined with the city's shifting location, it is nearly impossible to find once in a lifetime. But it is a city rich in magic and in mystery, and it is a legendary destination for adventurers and particularly ambitious traders. Even the people of the city are strange, though few believe tales of a city in the desert populated by ghouls and spirits.
