Alume lives in a world where humans, humans with powers, and non-humans exist; Terricae. In his mostly human country Ruinosa, however, things are not well - such a gap between the rich and poor appeared that many cities flourish with crimes and gangs centered around family lines with powers. Alume just so happens to be the kid of the leader of one, and doesn't want it. Meanwhile, other countries are getting tired of Ruinosa. What will become of Ruinosa, the poor caught in the middle, and Alume?
