These two still don't really know how to communicate that well, go figure it'd take them awhile. As for Bat's wings popping out here "Excited" means a lot of things. He got happy Ball likes him, so they popped out, not the other thing. (Which is what Ball took it as, which is why he sat in the freezer. ) I explain this because sometimes, people don't get the intent of scenes. TTuTT
