This story takes place in the future, humans have disappeared and spirits fly through the air. The main character is a sea foam spirit named Spru, forever pulled and pushed by the tide of the ocean. One day, when the tide is really rough, Spru gets separated from the other spirits and her sea foam patch is left abandoned on the sand, with the ocean nowhere in sight. She soon learns that the moon has been stolen! She sets off to go find the moon rabbit and meets many friends and foe along the way
