Spencer Johnson is a stressed 19 year old, wondering if he'll ever adjust to being an actual adult . On his way to the department head to discuss if he should drop out or not, he sees a classmate of his who looks like he's in distress. After approaching him, he gets attacked, and sent to the hospital. After he wakes up, he discovers that there's an epidemic, causing people to go psychotic and cannibalistic. But not like, zombies... right?
