I reference two different famous characters from TV and film. Do you know which ones? Also, Mayor Kintigh is the real mayor of Roswell. He once prohibited rescue groups in Roswell from acquiring dogs from Animal Control, which resulted in the senseless euthanization of numerous animals that could have been adopted. Luis and I decided to make fun of this butthead pecker mayor in our comic.
