I hate it when a old head comments on me getting "too dark" if I decide to go out into the sun for whatever reason. "You don't wanna be too black." I'm already Black and dark skinned. If it's one thing I refuse to feel bad about, it's the color of my skin. Colorism is alive. Remember to wear your sunscreen, though for healthy skin!
