Relativity is a confusing but awesome subject. Also here is how it works in more detail if your confused (which makes sense): The ball moved more distance at the same speed in both perspectives, meaning it had to experience time slower from the idle mans perspective. This is special relativity. "But which dude is right?" you might be thinking, well... both are correct
