After being struck by lightning, 16 year old Luca Sparcks wakes up in a land above the clouds where an ancient civilization has secretly been keeping nature from falling into chaos through a power called Authority. The strongest wielder of this power, the Storm Lord, has been mysteriously murdered and left something behind with Luca's name on it.
