In a world similar to our own, mysterious items known as ‘Arma’ appear to people at random to grant them unique abilities. Rin and Adam work for the Arma Agency, a government funded project located in New York which specialises in Arma related incidents. Their current mission? To find and eliminate the elusive Alwarda Mafia. Rin has her reasons to take out these monsters, but Adam is pre-occupied with monsters of his own.
