Unbeknownst to modern society, sorcerers have lived amongst people since conception, with different factions pushing their own unique agendas, in pursuit of knowledge and at the cost of their humanity. While grand councils now exist to manage and enforce order of this hidden apparatus of society, corruption continues to run deep. These factors, as well as a series of tragic events to the grand covenant of all sorcery, result in a massive incident in Vancouver, Canada.
