In crime ridden Edge City, newcomer, Sergeant Oliver Mastersson has built quite the reputation in such a short amount of time. His progress has captured the attention of Edge City's premiere crime boss, Ignacio "Nacho" Molina who surprises him one night. At Mastersson's apartment, Mr. Molina offers a proposal that can be of benefit for the two of them.
