Zero was the first hatched without wings into the royal family. His father, the king of dragons, resented him since he did not want their future king to be disabled. King Bladestorm decided to make his middle dragonet the next heir and has been lying about it stating Zero is the middle child. Sooner or later Zero met a Thorn Wolf, Precious who was a citizen. She also did not possess the Thorn Wolves special ability. Zero plans to move in with the Thorn Wolves, but unaware of the consequences.
