Within the Rain is a story about a 15 year old named Skip, he's a shy but creative and out-going Australian Kelpie mix who he later meets Regen, a 16 year old German Shepherd, he's a laid-back, easy going guy and is friends with anyone. As the story goes on they talk about their past, develop their friendship and eventually fall in love with each other.
