Wicca is an witch in training. She was born in Kitashi, Mikoso. After making her first ever potion when she was 13 years old she earned her witches hat. Then when she was 14 she asked her parents if she can go to Alla, Ishi because there is a witches school. After getting a yes she left her house a week later with her cat on a broom. :)
