What is it like when orange sunsets override black death? When Everett Yarrow's entire family was eradicated by mysterious creatures, he finds himself alive under a pile of blankets, with all but a couple of ribbons and a feather left behind. Terribly distraught about his predicament, he nearly gets himself killed, until a mysterious man saves him and lets him in on a secret–his parents and siblings can be saved!
