In the ruined city of Ashbourne, the world has fallen to the Marrow Plague, a virus that turns people into mindless monsters called Hollows. Fifteen-year-old June Zhao, hardened by trauma, leads a small survival group called The Ravens. While scavenging for supplies, she saves Elias Gray, a lone survivor. Forced to trust each other, they must navigate both the infected city and the darkness inside themselves to stay alive.
