Yamata No Orochi, the kind of the yomi (underworld) was killed by Susanno-O, the kami of sea and thunder. Then suddenly Orochi was reincarnated as normal human with suoernatural ability on normal human world. But for unknown reason he was redeem himself and wajt to be a good person. He now opened the hospital with his assistant, Fenrir, who was killed at Ragnarok and reincarnated just like Orochi.
