In the mid-17th century, near the end of the 30 years' war, a trio of magical adventurers team up to upend the plans of an evil french commander and alchemist. To do this they must travel the Mediterranean and Europe and slowly uncover an age-old alchemical conspiracy. Throughout their journey, they will face people with strange and elaborate powers and find themselves at the center of some of the most pivotal points in history.
