After the death of her unborn child, Isabelle Zlatimir succumbs to apparent delusions of the supernatural. Her husband, Igor, convinced that she has gone mad, calls upon the enigmatic Dr. West and his assistant Viktor to restore her sanity. But as the veil between reality and delusion begins to fray, they must all confront the unsettling possibility that Isabelle may not be mad at all.
