Kai was just 16, before he got hit by a car on his way to the store, he woke up to be on the same street he was standing at before he died, to test it out a couple of times he repeats the same thing he did. Its actually legit he's still alive at the moment he wonders if he doesn't walk and waits and just lives life and gets killed other than by a car would he be sent back to him standing on the street?
