Amp Shirou is a 9 year old technological prodigy in search for his missing older brother. On his dangerous journey, he encounters Voltage Monsters battling each other. While helping one of these monsters, he befriends it and discovers that together with Friends they can connect with the power of the Voltage Monsters and defeat the evil organization Wire Zone. But do the Voltage Monsters have a connection to the disappearance of Amp's brother, and will he be able to find him?
