After a mysterious figure shoots the son of the cities greatest hero, Daybreak can no longer handle the grief from his sons death, so he put his mind to use and created a serum of liquid electricity to bring him back to life. After it's success, his son Jonah developed abilities beyond what the human body should be able to do. But instead of being glad to be alive, Jonah resents his father for not letting him have his piece. Things around their household are no longer the same.
