Avian City is obsessed with the idea of flight, but because of a plane crash a year ago that obsession has started to become an area of conflict among the citizens of the city. The city has also been over run with crime and its up to Vigilance to save the city from itself. Vigilance is a new team of heroes who are determined to clean up their city. and return it to the hopeful place it ounce was.
