After their kingdom’s downfall Vanadis’ mother used up all her remaining power to send Vanadis out of their planet towards another in order to keep her safe from their planet’s potential destruction. Vanadis fell towards Earth as a shooting star and landed on a beach where she was found by a woman who soon took her in.
