This story is about a boy who has powers but they are unusual since his powers don't meet the normal standards of other heroes because the boys powers are kind of just random. The boy works for a man who gives him money for each task he completes and the boy calls him "boss". Only 0.1% of the world has superpowers and most of them are not considered unusual since they are seen as normal powers such as fire, flying, turning into an animal etc and are not random abilities.
