Based in the same universe as Kipper. This short introduces Tomoa and Jakuz, two PUCA (parallel universe correctional agency) agents. The two little holiday sprites, Ween & T'ma have escaped, so Tomoa and Jakuz are set to capture the mischievous imps before the cause too much chaos.
