Special Officer Detective James Root suffers from insomnia and does not even remember how it started. However, his superiors have a dangerous task for him, to infiltrate and neutralize a dangerous bandit group. Each of them has no name, but has its own number. And they know James by the code name - the Fourth. What went wrong? Why does his head hurt so much? And why doesn't he really remember anything?
