Unruly Mane is a comic based off of my zine with the same name, that focuses on empowerment and the freedom of expression through the lens of unruly hair. This publication is a journey to embrace your hair and other’s hair, in all its delicious glory. I dedicate this work to my peers, unruly hair sufferers, curly-haired beauties, afro revivalists, those with or without hair, and the folks who can’t be bothered.
