This story is based of Toby "Radiation" Fox's Undertale. Go play that first before reading ts. One singular misstep from the original universe lead to the malfunction of it, making sections, characters and characters' behavior and the story progression completely messed up. With everything getting messed up, everything and everyone will contradict itself and themselves. This is a passion project made by me and only me.
