Ch. 0: Kukiro Watanabe usually visits Mikami Yamamoto, a childhood friend, who was hospitalized. Things were normal until the zombie outbreak occurred while Mikami was still inside the hospital building. Now Mikami is trapped inside the hospital and Kukiro faces the "corpses" that invaded the building. Will Kukiro be able to save her?
