Decades ago a mysterious virus which gives incredible powers to whoever survives it was discovered. The modern days oversaturation of superheroes has greatly changed society, as well as what it means to be a hero. However, a rise in villains has forced Yelltech High, school of superheroes, to reopen in order to educate the future heroes. Boe Ribben is one of these new students. But Boe has no intention of becoming a hero. She wants to restore heroism by becoming the most fearsome villain.
