A state that guarantees its citizens everlasting happiness? That's what Cherub strives to become. However, its memory alteration procedures used to alter or erase traumatic memories show a much darker site to them. Noriaki, being pressured into joining an underground rebel group, aids said rebels to uncover the corruption within the state that the Archangel treaty causes.
