Tsukiakari: an epic crime drama, taking place during the latter days of the Edo Period. The golden age of the Shogunate has long passed, and everyone in the country is suffering for it. Inflation is high, and jobs are low. The down-trodden citizens turn to vices like drinking and gambling, while Yakuza rake in the dough by providing them. Neco and his friends are just kids growing up in these trying times, dreaming of earning enough money to leave Japan and never look back.
