When people die, all of their information about their life is revealed. This information on the people are recorded by strange watches placed on every person's wrist. This very concept brought forth an organization called "TRUTH". An organization that rids of corrupt people, and politicians to figure out the purpose of the watches. The people who work for this organization are called "Truth Seekers". Levi doesn't believe in said organization, until it comes to his front doorstep.
