After nearly failing her classes in college, Tori would much rather ignore people and spend her winter break talking to birds. However, after getting a mysterious hat from her friend, she discovers new super powers, confidence and responsibilities that come with them. Meanwhile, Katsuya and Amicho who are members of the 12 Gemstones, a group of superhero’s with the reluctant powers are curious about it and try to become friends with her.
